Quinnipiac Women’s Volleyball Adds Three to 2015 Roster

Quinnipiac Women’s Volleyball Adds Three to 2015 Roster

HAMDEN, Conn. – Quinnipiac women's volleyball head coach Kris Czaplinski announced Friday the addition of three student-athletes who will join the program this fall. Jennifer Coffey (Merrimack, N.H.), Claire Knust (Omaha, Neb.) and Kat Miller (Collegeville, Pa.) will compete for the Bobcats upon arrival in August.

Coupled with a strong foundation of sophomores and juniors, this talented group of individuals looks to help the Bobcats win their first MAAC Championship and earn a bid into the NCAA Tournament. Quinnipiac took part in the MAAC Championships last season, hosted by the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex in Kissimmee, Fla.

"All three incoming freshmen not only bring great talent to Quinnipiac but are most importantly great people who come from great families," said Czaplinski. All three will add expertise and volleyball IQ to the team for the 2015 season. These girls have a team-first mentality and as much as they want to win they know that the team must be strong off the court to succeed on the court. I couldn't be more excited in bringing these young student-athletes in together at Quinnipiac.
