As a Sophomore in 2011-12: Finished the 3000m event at the Yale Collegiate Invitational in fifth place out of 21 runners with a time of 10:34.10…Led the Bobcat contingent in the 3000 m at Rhode Island with a time of 10:25.94 which was good for third place out of 12…Competed in the 5000m at the Terrier Invitational with a time of 18:09.88…Ran in the one mile event at Dartmouth with a time of 5;19.42, good for 15th place…Competed in the NEC Championship 5000 m event where she finished in 18:41.05…Finished up the indoor season with a 13th place finish in the 5000m at the New England Championships.

As a Freshman in 2010-11: Participated in the DMR at the New England Championships on Feb. 26, placing ninth with a time of 12:33.57…Ran the 3k in a personal-best time of 10:22.17 at the NEICAAA Indoor Track and Field Championships on Feb. 25…Placed seventh in the 3k, with a time of 10:31.71, at the NEC Championships on Feb. 13…Finished the one-mile at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic on Feb. 5, finishing in a season-best time of 5:17.25.

Before Quinnipiac: Earned eight varsity letters as a two-sport athlete at Emmaus High School, running cross country and track... Was the 2006 PIAA Cross Country State Runner-up...Was PIAA Cross Country State Champions for three years, in 2007-2009...Helped her team become Lehigh Valley Conference Champions for four-straight years...Went to the Nike Team Regional Championship in New York, where her high school placed fifth in 2007 and 2008, and fourth in 2009...Placed 35 at the 2006 and 25th in 2008 at the PIAA State Cross Country Championships...She finished in the Top 10 at the Leigh Valley Conference Cross Country Championships and PIAA District XI Cross Country Championships for all four years...She placed second at the Leigh Valley Conference Championships and fourth at the PIAA District XI Cross Country Championships in 2009...Named Cross Country Team Captain in 2009...Ran the 5k in 18:39; the 3,200m in 11:27; the 1,600m in 5:11:14; and the 800m in 2:21...Was a member of the National Honors Society, Principal Honor Roll and Scholar Athlete Nominee for cross country and track...Graduated with honors.
