QU Women's Golf To Compete In 2015 MAAC Championship On Apr. 24-26; Final Round Available On ESPN3

The Quinnipiac University women's golf team will travel to Lake Buena Vista, Florida to compete in the 2015 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Championship at Disney's Magnolia Course on Apr. 24-26, 2015.

THE MAAC WOMEN'S GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP FIELD
Quinnipiac will compete against Albany, Dayton, Fairfield, Hartford, Monmouth, Niagara and Siena for the 2015 MAAC Women's Golf Championship.

2014 MAAC WOMEN'S GOLF CHAMPIONSHIP RECAP

  • Quinnipiac women's golf stand-out Nicole Scola, in her first season with the Bobcats, was named the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference Rookie of the Year after leading the Bobcats to a 2nd place finish at the MAAC Championship at Disney's Palm Golf Course. Scola finished in fifth place, earning MAAC First Team honors in the process.
  • Siena won its 15th MAAC Championship after finishing at 978 (+114), followed by Quinnipiac at 1,005 (+141), Albany at 1,007 (+143), Monmouth at 1,012 (+148), Hartford and Fairfield at 1,016 (+152) with Niagara closing out the seven-team tournament at 1,034 (+170).
